To ensure you enjoy a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience, please review our return and exchange policy below.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the fit or product, we offer returns under the following terms:

Handling Fee: A nominal ₹200 return handling fee per item will be deducted from your refund amount to cover logistics and processing costs.

Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Timeline: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval after the item is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you’ve received a damaged or wrong product, please initiate a return immediately.

Include your Order Number and clear photos of the product issue.

Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement promptly or process a full refund without the handling fee.
Exchange Policy
If you prefer to exchange the item for a different size instead of a refund:

Timeline: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Process: Customers must self-ship the product to our return address (see below). Reverse pickup is not available currently.

Shipping Cost: The shipping cost for sending the exchange item back to us will be borne by the customer.

Limit: Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Unavailable Sizes: If your desired size is out of stock, we will issue a credit note redeemable at
stylor.co.inwithin 30 days. -

Cancellation Policy

Prepaid Orders: Cannot be canceled after placement.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at stylorcustomercare@gmail.com.
Non-Acceptance of Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Products that are washed, worn, or damaged post-delivery.

Sale or Discounted Items: These are final sale and non-returnable.
