Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the fit or product, we offer returns under the following terms:

  • Handling Fee: A nominal ₹200 return handling fee per item will be deducted from your refund amount to cover logistics and processing costs.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Timeline: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Processing: All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval after the item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you’ve received a damaged or wrong product, please initiate a return immediately.

  • Email us at stylorcustomercare@gmail.com

  • Include your Order Number and clear photos of the product issue.

  • Once verified, we will dispatch a replacement promptly or process a full refund without the handling fee.

Exchange Policy

If you prefer to exchange the item for a different size instead of a refund:

  • Timeline: Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Process: Customers must self-ship the product to our return address (see below). Reverse pickup is not available currently.

  • Shipping Cost: The shipping cost for sending the exchange item back to us will be borne by the customer.

  • Limit: Only one exchange per order is allowed.

  • Unavailable Sizes: If your desired size is out of stock, we will issue a credit note redeemable at stylor.co.in within 30 days.

  • To request an exchange, email us at stylorcustomercare@gmail.com with your Order Number and desired size.

Cancellation Policy

  • Prepaid Orders: Cannot be canceled after placement.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at stylorcustomercare@gmail.com.

Non-Acceptance of Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  1. Products that are washed, worn, or damaged post-delivery.

  2. Sale or Discounted Items: These are final sale and non-returnable.
